WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Lead sales strategy and execution to expand market share across Nigeria.
- Strengthen dealer, distributor, and retail presence while unlocking new
markets (OEMs, fleets, emerging regions).
Inspire and guide sales & service teams nationwide, building a performance-driven culture.Work closely with supply chain & logistics to ensure smooth productmovement and availability.
Influence pricing, promotions, and credit policies while keeping profitability infocus.
Report performance and actionable insights directly to top management.WHAT WE LOOK FOR
Bachelor’s degree (MBA a plus) in Business, Engineering, or related fields.8+ years of experience in Automotive Batteries, Aftermarket, Power Solutions, orsimilar fast-moving industries.
Proven track record managing national or large-scale operations.Strong dealer / distributor management expertise and market understanding.Excellent leadership, negotiation, and people management skills.Willingness to travel extensively across Nigeria.WHAT YOU GAIN
