Facility Manager

Job Summary

  • Responsible for Upkeep, Maintenance and Functionality of Estate Building and Facilities.
  • Organizing Facility Condition Assessment.
  • Create and Maintain a Facility Budget.

    • Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Day to Day Administration of Facility Division.
  • Ensuring The Organization Facility Meets All Health, Safety and Security Standard, Including Regulations and Developing Emergency Response Plans.
  • Implementing Initiatives to Improve Energy Efficiency and Reduce Environmental Impact.
  • Developing and Implementing a Strategic Plan for Facility Management to Support the Organizations Goals.

    • Educational Qualification and Work Experience

  • B.SC / HND Architect, Facility Management, Estate Management.
  • Professional Qualification Will Be an Added Advantage .
  • 5-10 Years Working Experience
