- In-depth understanding of the Nigerian Finance Act provisions.
- Experience in preparing monthly payroll and processing employee data for clients.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships with clients personnel and regulatory bodies.
- Proven leadership and project management abilities.
- Previous experience in handling disputes arising from tax audits or investigations.
- Thorough understanding of immigration compliance requirements.
- Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels within the firm.
- Proficiency in tax structuring computations (including deferred tax) and tax due diligence.
- A minimum of 6 years in an accounting firm
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages - Excel PowerPoint Word etc.
- The possession of ICAN / ACCA certification
- Maintain excellent oral written and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently but also work well with others.
- Excellent negotiating skills.
- A minimum of a Second Class (Upper) degree from an accredited university.
- A minimum of 5 O level credits including English Language and Mathematics at one sitting.
