Nous recrutons pour notre client un Assistant gouvernant anglophone – Nigeria Logement et Restauration Fournis
Mission :
- Assurer la pérennité des équipements avec le service technique
- Garantir la propreté, le contrôler et le respect des règles d’hygiène et de sécurité
- Rechercher et proposer des nouveaux produits et / ou méthodes
- Mettre en place des procédures techniques et organisationnelles
- Assurer le recrutement
- Former ses collaborateurs
- Organiser l’accueil et l’intégration des nouveaux collaborateurs
- Assurer les entretiens annuels d’évaluation et fixer les objectifs
- Assurer la communication dans son département ainsi qu’avec les autres services
- Établir les plannings en cohérence avec les prévisions d’activité
- Participer à l’élaboration des divers budgets de son département.
