The Driver is responsible for safely transporting guests, staff, and materials as required, while maintaining the vehicle in good operational condition. The ideal candidate must be punctual, courteous, and knowledgeable about road safety and routes.
Key Responsibilities
Safely drive the company vehicle to transport guests, staff, or goods to designated locations.
Maintain cleanliness of the vehicle (interior and exterior) at all times.
Conduct routine vehicle checks including fuel, oil, water, tires, and overall mechanical condition.
Ensure timely pick-up and drop-off according to schedule.
Report any mechanical issues, accidents, or damages to management immediately.
Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company driving policies.
Keep accurate log of trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and other records when required.
Assist passengers with loading / unloading luggage or items.
Protect the confidentiality and safety of passengers.
Ensure proper parking, security, and safe storage of the vehicle.
Requirements
Minimum SSCE / OND qualification.
Valid driver's license (appropriate class for the vehicle).
At least 2–3 years proven driving experience.
Good knowledge of local routes and traffic patterns.
Ability to read GPS and follow directions.
Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and discipline.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be physically fit and alert.
Preferred Qualities
Previous experience driving for a hotel, company, or private organization.
Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance.
Polite, professional, and customer-service oriented attitude.
