ABOUT THE ROLE

We are recruiting Direct Sales Agents (DSAs) for a foremost Nigerian bank. This role is critical in drivingcustomer acquisition, deposit mobilization, and account opening while maintaining excellent client relationships. Successful candidates will be rewarded with competitive pay, commissions, and career growth opportunities within one of Nigeria’s leading financial institutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Drivecustomer acquisition through direct sales and relationship management.

Mobilize deposits and promote the bank’s retail banking products.

Canvass for new accounts (savings, current, etc.) across individuals and SMEs.

Provide superior customer service to sustain loyalty and build trust.

Achieve set sales targets while maintaining compliance with bank policies.

Submit timely reports on sales performance and portfolio growth.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

Education : B.Sc., HND, OND, or NCE in any discipline.

Age : 35 years and below.

1–3 years’ prior experience in sales, marketing, or banking is an added advantage.

Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to meet targets and work independently.

Must reside close to branch location for easy deployment.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Fixed Pay : ₦90,000 per month.

Variable Pay : 0.2% of portfolio (monthly average over 6 months).
