Job Description
Operational Management :
- Oversee and supervise daily salon operations to ensure smooth workflow, efficiency, and service excellence.
- Maintain salon hygiene, safety, cleanliness, and sanitation standards.
- Ensure the facility, equipment, products, and tools are stocked, functional, and well managed and comply with standards.
- Manage scheduling, ensuring optimal staff-client matching and minimizing wait time.
- Monitor workflow, staff performance, and customer experience.
- Oversee product ordering, inventory control, stocktaking, and vendor relationships.
Staff Leadership & Training :
Provide leadership and guidance to all department heads and staff.Supervises stylists, assistants, cleaners, front desk staff, client experience staff, call center staff, and customer service staff.Lead onboarding, training ongoing skills development along with HRMonitor performance, enforce policies, and conduct quarterly evaluations along with HRFoster a positive, respectful, and growth-driven work cultureManage shift scheduling and attendance trackingEnsure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and legal requirements.Enforce company standards and discipline where necessaryClient Experience & Service Excellence :
Ensure a consistent, high-quality & luxury client experience across all touch points that aligns with the brandResolve disputes or complaints professionally and promptly.Maintain a strong customer-focused culture.Oversee client care from booking to post-service follow-upEnsure consultations follow healthy hair standards and protocolsBusiness Development & Reporting :
Drive business growth through strategic planning and execution.Track stylists' KPIs, including retention, upsells, booking volume, and product salesWork with the leadership team to improve systems, services, and efficiencyIdentify opportunities for improvement, expansion, and increased profitabilityTrack industry trends and recommend innovative ideasPromote brand standards and uphold company valuesSupport marketing efforts, including campaigns, events, and promotionsPrepare daily, weekly, and monthly operations reportsPrepare month-end budgets with the inventory managerRequirements :
Minimum 4-5 years of experience in operations or a similar role.Strong leadership and team management skillsExcellent communication, organization, and customer service skillsAbility to multitask, prioritize, and solve problems proactivelyProficiency with salon booking software, spreadsheets, and digital communication toolsFamiliarity with healthy hair care practices is an added advantagePreferred Attributes :
