Aluminium Supervisor/Team Lead - Lagos

Our client, a reputable construction company based in Lagos, is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Aluminum Supervisor/Team Lead. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing the installation of aluminum products in various construction projects, ensuring quality control and timely completion of projects.
Responsibilities :

• Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors during the tender stage
  
• Coordinate material orders and ensure quality control of installations
  
• Oversee on-site assembly capacity and specialized fabrication when required
  
• Monitor, manage, and coordinate a team of installers
  
• Liaise with project managers and site teams and provide progress updates on installation and equipment issued
  
• Perform any other functions as requested by the Project Manager, General Manager, and Managing Director.
  

Requirements :

• University degree in Engineering, Architecture or a relevant discipline. MBA and MSc in a relevant field is an advantage.
  
• Relevant certifications in Engineering or Building technology is an advantage
  
• Minimum of 15 years’ experience in curtain walling systems (Stick System, Unitized, etc.), other aluminum installations such as doors, windows, etc., and cladding systems.
  
• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards, with a focus on aluminum works.
  
• Demonstrated ability to manage and coordinate multiple teams and subcontractors, ensuring that work is completed efficiently and to a high standard.
  
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
