Job Summary :
The Mechanical Engineer will utilize advanced engineering principles to improve existing systems, create new solutions, and troubleshoot issues that arise. Key responsibilities include conducting feasibility studies, performing simulations, analyzing technical drawings, ensuring all products align with quality and cost requirements, and adhere to company's control guidelines throughout the project life cycle
Responsibilities :
- Review plans, specifications & manage project scope and changes according to the plan.
- Analyze mechanical problems and formulate solutions.
- Provide onsite leadership for the team by building and motivating team members to meet project goals, adhering to their responsibilities and meeting project milestones
- Liaising with any consultants, sub-contractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project.
- Manage all aspects of multiple related projects to ensure the overall program is aligned with and directly supports the achievement of strategic objectives.
- Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations to various audiences, including the project team, sponsors, and key stakeholders
- Timely submission and approvals for timely procurement in line with the project specification
Qualifications & Requirements :
BTech / BEng in Mechanical EngineeringMinimum of 3 years of experienceExperience in MEP projects is an added advantageA registered member of COREN is a plusProject Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plusProficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Autodesk Revit)Good understanding and experience of current manufacturing methodologiesStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailExcellent communication and teamwork abilities
