Job descriptionWe are inviting students seeking Industrial Training (IT) placement to apply for an opportunity within our Project and Property Management unit. This placement offers practical exposure to facility operations, asset management, and project coordination in a healthcare environment. Assist with routine facility inspections and maintenance activities Support ongoing renovation, construction, and improvement projects Help track assets, equipment, and property-related records Assist in coordinating vendors, contractors, and service providers Support documentation, reporting, and filing of project activities Observe and comply with safety, health, and quality standards Carry out other assigned duties within the Project / Property Management unit. Student seeking Industrial Training (IT) / SIWES placement Studying Estate Management, Building Technology, Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or related disciplines Basic understanding of property or facility management is an advantage Willingness to learn and able to follow instructions Good communication and interpersonal skills Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools. Practical industry experience in a hospital environment Exposure to real-life project and property management operations Structured learning and supervision Opportunity to develop professional workplace skills.
