Job Description

The Marketing & Social Media Coordinator will manage our presence across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, using Meta Business Suite and ad targeting to reach the right audiences. The role includes creating engaging content with influencers, creating content in a fun way using a smartphone or Nutzy fans willing to assist in content creation, driving community engagement, and reporting on campaign performance. In addition, the Coordinator will work with our activation agency to oversee below-the-line activations, ensuring promoters are well trained and marketing materials are effectively deployed, bridging digital and on-the-ground marketing to strengthen Nutzy’s brand visibility.

Role Purpose

The Marketing & Social Media Coordinator will manage our presence across Facebook, Instagram, and

TikTok, focusing on community engagement, content creation, and influencer collaborations. A key part of this role

is using Meta Business Suite and ad targeting tools to ensure campaigns reach the right audiences and deliver

measurable impact. In addition, the role will be to plan and oversee below-the-line (BTL) activations, ensuring

outsourced promoters are well-trained and marketing materials are effectively deployed. This position connects

digital marketing as well as working with our outsourced below the line team to strengthen brand awareness,

consumer engagement, and sales impact.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

  • Manage day-to-day activity on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
  • Develop engaging content and campaigns in collaboration with influencers and content creators. You can set the

budget for content creation per month and what it will entail and the Marketing Director and Finance Officer will

challenge / approve.

  • Drive community engagement, respond to comments / messages, and grow followers organically.
  • Use Meta Business Suite and ad targeting to boost posts and campaigns effectively, ensuring optimal reach and
  • ROI.

  • Monitor social media trends and adapt content strategies to stay relevant.
  • Track and report on social media analytics, audience insights, and campaign performance.
  • Below-the-Line (BTL) Activations

  • Plan and coordinate BTL activations across campaigns, ensuring strong brand visibility in key markets.
  • Work closely with outsourced activation agency Demand Activation team to implement field marketing activities.
  • Train, supervise, and motivate promoters to deliver consistent brand messaging.
  • Ensure marketing materials (posters, banners, sampling tools, etc.) remain in good condition and are used
  • effectively.

  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of BTL campaigns, providing reports and recommendations. Please note we
  • are also looking to hire a market research manager who you will also report any insights / feedback from consumers

    that come out from our below-the-line activations.

    Collaboration & Coordination

  • Work with the marketing director and market research manager to ensure synergies in messaging against audience
  • insights received.

  • Support the rollout of new product launches and promotional campaigns.
  • Collaborate with content creators / influencers on creating branded content and marketing assets.
  • Qualifications & Skills

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 2-4 years’ experience in social media management and / or marketing (FMCG experience preferred).
  • Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Meta advertising / targeting tools.
  • Hands-on experience with influencer collaborations and content creation.
  • Experience in working alongside BTL activations or field marketing campaigns.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Creative, proactive, and results-driven.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
