Technical Lead

Responsibilities :

Commercial Leadership

Develop and execute business strategies to drive revenue growth.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities partnerships and client acquisition strategies.

Manage key client relationships ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

Lead the development of proposals pitches and pricing strategies.

Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify market opportunities.

Technical & Project Leadership

Oversee the implementation of digital marketing campaigns ensuring technical best practices.

Work with cross-functional teams (design content data and development) to deliver integrated solutions.

Ensure campaign tracking analytics and performance optimization through tools like Google Analytics Tag Manager and automation platforms.

Troubleshoot technical issues related to website performance tracking and marketing automation.

Team & Operations Management

Lead mentor and develop a high-performing team

Foster a culture of collaboration innovation and continuous learning.

Optimize workflows and processes for efficiency and scalability.

Report on key performance metrics providing insights for business decisions.

Requirements

8 years of experience in performance marketing PPC or technical marketing roles.

Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Computer Science or a related field.

Strong understanding of SEO PPC social media and marketing automation.

Experience with Google Ads Meta Ads CRM tools and analytics platforms.

Excellent leadership communication and problem-solving skills.

A strategic and commercially aware mindset.

Ability to balance commercial and technical responsibilities effectively.
