  • Develop and implement business strategies that drive growth in deposits, credit

portfolio, and customer base.

  • Champion Fintech-enabled lending initiatives and payroll-based credit models for

    • SME and salaried clients.

  • Identify and execute new business opportunities, partnerships, and alliances that

    • enhance competitiveness and profitability.

  • Oversee product innovation, marketing, and customer-engagement strategies that

    • sustain goodwill and institutional visibility.

  • Provide strong leadership across key functions; Credit, Operations, Finance, Risk,

    • HR, and Marketing ensuring alignment with strategic goals.

  • Strengthen governance, risk management, and internal-control frameworks in line

    • with CBN and NDIC standards.

  • Drive operational excellence through digital transformation, process efficiency, and

    • staff productivity.

  • Build, mentor, and motivate a high-performing team to deliver superior business

    • results.
