Responsibilties
Protection Service Delivery :
Provide quality GBV and child protection services, including identification, safe referrals, follow-up, and support to survivors and at-risk individuals.Support case management processes in line with inter-agency standards and confidentiality protocols.Facilitate psychosocial support (PSS) activities, awareness sessions, and community dialogues.Community-Based Protection :
Support the establishment and strengthening of community protection committees and protection champions networks.Engage community leaders, women, youth, and persons with disabilities to identify risks and implement locally driven protection solutions.Support implementation of Community Protection Micro-Initiatives (CPMIs).Monitoring, Reporting & Coordination :
Document protection concerns, referrals, and activities using approved tools and systems, including digital platforms where applicable.Contribute to protection monitoring, risk analysis, and early-warning mechanisms.Participate in Protection Sector, GBV Sub-Sector, and Child Protection AoR coordination at LGA level.Safeguarding & Accountability :
Ensure survivor-centered, ethical, and confidential service delivery in compliance with safeguarding and PSEAH policies.Promote accountability to affected populations (AAP) and safe feedback and complaint mechanisms within communities.Qualifications
Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor of Law Degree with 3 - 10 years experience.
