The Role
Join our Technical Service Delivery team as a Service Fulfilment Engineerthe critical link between cutting-edge telecommunications infrastructure and exceptional customer experience. You'll execute end-to-end installation, configuration, and activation of Voice, Data, and Video services for enterprise customers across Nigeria.What You'll Do
Installation & Configuration
Execute new fiber and wireless installations from planning through activationInstall and configure CPEs : routers, switches, IP phones, ONTsConduct last-mile troubleshooting to ensure quality service deliveryMaintain ipNX standards for safety, performance, and aestheticsCollaboration & Documentation
Partner with NOC, Regional Team Leads, and Customer Care for seamless deliveryCoordinate with Infrastructure Teams on surveys, link tests, and measurementsUpdate installation records accurately in CRM, ERP, and OSS platformsEscalate field challenges and provide timely customer feedbackLeadership & Quality
Mentor and train interns in technical capabilitiesParticipate in quality audits and process improvementManage company assets, tools, and equipment responsiblySupport enterprise deployments remotely and on-site as neededWhat We're Looking For / Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT, or related field (2 : 1 / Upper Credit minimum)1-2 years' experience in telecommunications as Network / Communications EngineerSolid grasp of IP networking : LAN / WAN, TCP / IP, DHCP, DNSExperience with fiber optic and wireless technologiesHands-on configuration of routers, switches, and network devicesKnowledge of troubleshooting tools : ping, traceroute, cable testers, OTDRUnderstanding of structured cabling and network terminationsProficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Project, Visio)Preferred
NYSC or internship in ISP / telecoms / ICT environmentCisco Certification or PMPKey Competencies
