Job descriptionAt least 7 years of HR experience, including 2 years as a Business Partner or Generalist. Relevant certifications (e.g. CIPM, SHRM, HRCI etc.) is highly desirable. Solid experience in core HR functions- Performance management, Workforce planning, Great at building relationships, coaching, and stakeholder management. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, people-driven environment (QSR or retail a plus!). Passion for nurturing and developing people. A collaborative and supportive team culture. Strategic Human Resources Business Partner
Reports to : Head of People & Culture
Location : Lagos (Hybrid)
Industry : Hospitality / Quick Service Restaurant
Experience : 7 years minimum
About the Role
We’re looking for a people-centered, commercially minded Strategic HR Business Partner to
join our growing team. In this role, you’ll partner closely with our restaurant and operations
leaders and management team to shape people strategies that drive performance,
engagement and culture.

- Lead talent, development, and workforce planning initiatives.
