Plant Manager Production

Position :   Plant Manager (Production)

Education :   Bachelor’s in engineering or Master degree

Experience :   Minimum of 8+ years of experience in packaging industry

Location :   Nigeria.

Job Description :

• Overall responsibility for resource planning, production planning, productivity maximization and waste control.
• Direct and coordinate plant operations within company policies and procedures
• Develop efficient strategies to ensure the plant meets production goals and standards at minimal manufacturing costs.
• Previous experience in Packaging (corrugators, converting) industries is preferred.
• Experience of manufacturing operations, maintenance, engineering, Process Improvement with minimum 5 years of experience as a Plant head with no less than 100 employees.
