Digital Marketing & Branding Specialist

The Role :

Are you a creative and driven marketing professional with a passion for building brands from the ground up? We're seeking a talented and versatile Marketing and Branding Specialist to join our team.

This is a unique opportunity to be the founding marketing voice for a new business. You'll be building everything from scratch and shaping our brand, including your own vision, rather than adapting to and tweaking the work of others. This includes defining our Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy, establishing our brand identity, and creating the marketing assets and processes we've yet to build.

You'll be instrumental in developing and executing marketing strategies that build our brand, increase our market presence, and engage our target audience. We're looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is ready to get their hands dirty.

This is a fixed-price arrangement. The schedule is flexible and depends on your pace, but we expect you to work efficiently and deliver results as soon as possible. We value consistent communication throughout the project.

While this is a one-time project for now, we're always looking for talented people to join our team for future projects or ongoing work, and we'll certainly consider you if we're impressed with your results.

Ideal Profile :

• You have at least 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing and Brand Development
• You have working knowledge of GTM and Branding
• You enjoy finding creative solutions to problems
• You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
• You are highly goal-driven and work well in fast-paced environments
• You have exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
• You have availability to work in Mountain Time (MT)
