Please note rooms will be single or twin sharing basis the level of the position. Meals : Variety of healthy Indian meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) prepared by professional Indian chefs. Local Transportation : Provided by the company at no additional cost. Local Allowance : Monthly personal allowance of - 65,000, provided over and above the salary (uniform across all roles / designations). Medical Insurance : Coverage of - 3,00,000 for self, spouse, and up to two children (under 23 years) for treatment in India. Work Essentials : Laptop, mobile handset, SIM, and monthly recharge provided (as per grade). Employment Structure : As Sterling is a group of companies with limited expat quotas per Nigerian labor laws, appointment letters will be issued under the entity where visa quota is available. Lagos Posting : 6 months ON / 21 days OFF Plant / Site Posting : 6 months ON / 30 days OFF Monday to Friday : 8 : 00 AM to 6 : 00 PM Saturday : 8 : 30 AM to 6 : 00 PM Sunday : 8 : 30 AM to 2 : 00 PM Salary Cycle : Our salary processing and payout runs at a deferment of two months. For example : If joining is in July, then :

July salary will be paid in September
August salary will be paid in October
September salary will be paid in November
October salary will be paid in December
So effectively, credit of salary in account will start from the third month onwards for every month.
