Criteria :

Minimum of BSc in a relevant field

Proven experience in a front desk, receptionist, or customer service role (healthcare experience is an advantage)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanor

Good organizational and multitasking abilities
