Job descriptionSupport in identifying and reaching out to potential clients Assist in preparing business proposals, pitches, and presentations Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities Maintain and update client and candidate databases Support client engagement and relationship management activities Participate in meetings, interviews, and job fairs where necessary Assist in follow-ups, reporting, and general administrative task Strong interest in Recruitment and Business Development Must have completed NYSC Must be under 25 years old No prior work experience required Excellent written and verbal communication skills Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Eagerness to learn, persuasive communication, and attention to detail Must reside in or be willing to commute daily to Lekki, Lagos State Hands-on training and mentorship in recruitment and business development Exposure to client management and sales processes across industries A professional, supportive, and growth-oriented work environment Opportunity to transition into a full-time role upon successful completion of the trainee program
