Job Responsibilities
- Own and grow the sales pipeline across your region from strategy to execution
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing regional sales team
- Identify new business opportunities and deepen relationships with existing clients
- Analyze regional market trends to stay ahead of the curve
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations to align on growth goals
- Monitor KPIs and sales performance metrics to ensure targets are met (or exceeded)
- Represent the company at key events, conferences, and client meetings
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and report directly to senior leadership
Qualification
