Job descriptionWe are seeking an experienced and proactive Processing Supervisor to oversee daily processing operations and ensure efficient, safe, and high-quality production in line with company standards. The ideal candidate will supervise processing staff, monitor production processes, and ensure adherence to quality, safety, and operational procedures. Supervise and coordinate daily processing activities to meet production targets Ensure processing operations comply with quality, safety, and hygiene standards Monitor machine performance and processing parameters to ensure optimal output Manage and supervise processing staff, including shift scheduling and performance monitoring Identify and resolve processing issues to minimize downtime and waste Maintain accurate production and processing records and reports Enforce compliance with SOPs, GMP, and HSE policies Collaborate with QA, maintenance, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations HND / B.Sc Degree in Food Technology, Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, or a related field 35 years' experience in processing or production operations, preferably in FMCG or manufacturing Prior supervisory experience is required Strong understanding of processing equipment and production workflows Knowledge of GMP, HSE, and quality standards Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Production and process control Team supervision and coordination Safety and quality compliance Reporting and documentation.
