Sterling Oil & Gas is looking for a senior legal leader to join us as Head Project Legal Manager . This is a strategic leadership role overseeing the legal framework for mega projects in Oil & Gas (Upstream & Downstream), Petrochemicals, Fertilizers, Power Projects, Mining, and EPC.

Location : Lagos, Nigeria

Experience : 20-25 years

Reporting to : COO / CEO

What Youll Do

• Lead contract negotiation, legal structuring, and compliance for global EPC and energy projects.
• Manage EPC contracts, JV agreements, project financing, and international transactions.
• Handle regulatory compliance, arbitration, and dispute resolution across multiple jurisdictions.
• Partner with leadership to protect and enhance the companys legal and commercial position.
• Build and mentor a high-performing legal team.
