Role Overview
Estility is seeking a highly driven and strategic Sales Manager to lead our sales acquisition, sales growth, and market expansion efforts. This role is critical to driving our penetration into top residential estates, growing transaction volume, and building long-term relationships that position Estility as the leading gas and fuel delivery platform in Nigeria.Key Responsibilities
Estate Acquisition & Partnerships
Identify, engage, and onboard residential estates, facility managers, and resident associations.Develop tailored partnership pitches showcasing Estility's value, transparency, and revenue opportunities for estates.Negotiate partnership agreements and ensure seamless onboarding.Sales Leadership & Execution
Develop and execute aggressive sales strategies to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.Lead and manage a growing team of sales associates, setting KPIs and ensuring high performance.Track sales metrics, conversion rates, and estate activation performance.Resident Activation & Revenue Growth
Drive resident adoption within newly onboarded estates through targeted campaigns, events, and WhatsApp activations.Develop strategies to increase transaction volume per estate and improve retention.Ensure every onboarded estate becomes an active revenue-generating partner.Relationship Management
Maintain strong relationships with estate executives, resident associations, and facility managers.Provide ongoing support, resolve issues quickly, and ensure partner satisfaction.Conduct periodic reviews with estates to optimize performance.Market Intelligence & Reporting
Monitor competitive activity and market trends in the gas and fuel delivery industry.Provide accurate weekly and monthly performance reports.Recommend improvements to pricing, promotions, and field operations.Key Requirements
47 years of sales experience, preferably in tech, logistics, FMCG, or service-based industries.Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.Leadership experience with the ability to build and motivate a team.Ability to work in a fast-paced, execution-driven environment.Self-starter with excellent problem-solving skills.
