Experience : Must have FMCG sales experience (background in biscuits and sweets sales preferred)

Job Summary

Our client, a leading FMCG company, is seeking Sales Officers to drive product sales and market expansion in Owerri, Bayelsa, Asaba, Calabar, and Yobe . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in FMCG sales, preferably in biscuits and sweets , with a proven ability to meet sales targets and manage customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to increase product penetration and market share.
• Identify and onboard new distributors, wholesalers, and retailers in assigned locations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers , ensuring excellent service delivery.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets .
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to drive sales growth.
• Ensure effective product visibility and placement in key retail and distribution outlets.
• Track sales performance and provide regular reports on market activities.
• Work closely with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns and activations .
