Job Summary : We’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to join our team.

Core Tasks : Use Apollo.io, LinkedIn, and other prospecting tools to build and manage lead lists Monitor and update lead trackers, ensuring data accuracy and completeness Assist with outreach campaigns by identifying and qualifying potential prospects Research target accounts and contacts to support personalized messaging Manage and organize lead data in Google Sheets for easy access and reporting Support the sales team with ad-hoc reporting and list segmentation Perform additional lead generation and admin-related tasks as assigned Must-Haves : Less than 1 year of experience in lead generation, sales, or a related role Hands-on experience with Apollo.io and LinkedIn prospecting Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and research Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new tools quickly Excellent written English communication skills Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to deliver on deadlines and stay result-driven Proficiency with Google Sheets for basic reporting and list management Ability to work EST Nice-to-Haves : Familiarity with Slack and Zoom for team collaboration Previous exposure to outbound sales or SaaS / tech industry Powered by JazzHR
