Job Summary
The Creative Officer will be responsible for driving the company’s creative content strategy across multiple platforms. This includes content creation, social media management, video editing, photography / videography, and compelling copywriting that effectively promotes our real estate products.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute creative content for digital platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
Create engaging graphics, videos, and marketing materials that align with the company’s brand identity.
Handle video shooting, editing, and photography for property listings, company events, and promotional campaigns.
Generate catchy captions, storytelling content, and marketing copy tailored to the real estate audience.
Manage the company’s social media posting calendar and ensure consistent engagement with audiences.
Stay up to date with creative, digital, and real estate marketing trends to ensure competitive edge.
Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to bring property campaigns to life.
Requirements
Proven experience in content creation, social media management, and video editing.
Proficiency in editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, Cap Cut, Canva, Photoshop, etc.).
Strong copywriting and caption generation skills.
Photography and videography experience with an eye for aesthetics.
Creative thinker with excellent communication and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Prior experience in real estate marketing is an added advantage.
