What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities)
- Plan and execute growth strategies to increase sales across dine-in,
takeaway, and delivery.
Run performance marketing campaigns on WhatsApp, Opay, Uber,Glovo, Jumia Food, and our website.
Analyze sales trends and customer behavior to identify growthopportunities.
Optimize delivery channels, menus, pricing, and promotions for maximumconversions.
Lead Order Runners to ensure fast, accurate, and friendly service.Develop promotions and offers that drive sales while protecting margins.Build partnerships with corporates, schools, community initiatives, andinfluencers.
Execute local area marketing campaigns to increase awareness andfootfall.
Track performance with dashboards, reports, and actionable insights.Lead, coach, and motivate your team to hit ambitious growth targets.What We’re Looking For (Requirements)
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or related field.4–6 years in growth, performance marketing, business development, orrevenue management (QSR, FMCG, Hospitality, or Retail preferred).
Experience managing delivery channels (Glovo, Uber Eats, Opay,Chowdeck, etc.).
Hands-on experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta AdsManager, CRM dashboards, BI tools).
Skills & Competencies
