PROFILE

A sales representative should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, a proactive and results-oriented mindset, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships. Their responsibilities include lead generation, understanding customer requirements, and effectively conveying the value of products or services to drive sales. Key competencies required for this role include negotiation, problem-solving, and flexibility to adjust sales strategies based on customer interactions. Additionally, the representative will focus on generating leads, identifying customer needs, and clearly communicating the value of products or services to enhance sales performance.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

  • A results-driven and consistent salesperson with exceptional analytical and forecasting abilities, along with a commitment to teamwork.
  • Candidates should have 1-5 years of experience in sales, and knowledge of electronics, power backup systems, and consumer goods is an advantage.
  • An ability to drive sales, identify potential clients, and demonstrate the value of our smart solutions to them.
  • A dedicated approach to helping and communicating with customers, building trust, and developing long-term working relationships.
  • Strong listening skills to attend to feedback from both customers and supervisors.
  • A proactive attitude toward staying informed on trends and competitors to refine strategies.
  • The ability to work closely with marketing and technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
