Our client a fast-growing bakery, is seeking a skilled and hands-on Production Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure efficient production processes.

Responsibilities

Oversee the entire bakery production process from start to finish.

Plan, organize, and manage production schedules to meet demand.

Supervise and train bakery staff to maintain quality and efficiency.

Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety standards.

Implement best practices to optimize productivity and minimize waste.

Monitor inventory and coordinate with procurement for raw materials.

Requirement

Minimum of 5 years’ proven experience as a Bakery Production Manager.

Must be a professional baker with hands-on baking expertise.

Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Ability to manage a team and meet production targets.
