Job descriptionBachelor's degree from a reputable university; At least 3 years of on-site management experience in food and beverage factory workshops; Over 3 years of quality control management experience in large food, beverage, or pharmaceutical companies. Able to develop and implement plant-wide quality control training. Capable of leading the entire QC and lab team. Must hold relevant certification. Major in Food Science or Microbiology; Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for table and presentation creation; Laboratory experience in microbiology work; Excellent verbal communication and training skills; Experience in bottled dairy product production management is a plus. Open to both male and female candidates.
