Job descriptionBachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 10 years relevant experience, including proven success in project delivery. Strong grasp of project management methodologies (PMBOK, Agile, etc.). Effective leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment. Minimum of a Second Class Upper (2 : 1) degree. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). Extensive prior experience in the Oil & Gas industry. Master's degree in a relevant field. PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification. Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Asana, etc.).

Key Responsibilities :
- Lead end-to-end project execution, ensuring timely, within-budget, and quality delivery.
- Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and schedules aligned with organizational objectives.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, technicians, and contractors.
- Ensure full compliance with safety protocols and industry regulations.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to support business continuity.
- Identify and manage risks, implementing corrective measures where necessary.
- Monitor project costs and financial performance.
- Collaborate with business development teams to pursue new opportunities.
- Evaluate project outcomes and implement improvements.
