Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a robust territory sales plan aligned with company goals and revenue targets.
- Promote and sell ISNs diagnostic products to hospitals labs and healthcare institutions.
- Develop and manage customer relationships to achieve territory sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and support market expansion.
- Conduct product presentations demonstrations and trainings.
- Ensure timely order processing delivery follow-up and payment collection.
- Provide market intelligence and competitor updates.
- HND or Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or related field (MBA or postgraduate qualification is an advantage).
- A minimum of a Second Class Upper (2 : 1) or Upper Credit is required.
- 2 years of proven experience in sales or business development within the diagnostics or medical equipment industry.
- Must be result-oriented self-driven and comfortable with field work
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent leadership negotiation and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a team develop talent and foster collaboration.
- Proficiency in CRM systems sales analytics tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to travel frequently within the assigned territory and must possess a valid drivers license.
- Creative innovative and highly driven to deliver measurable business results.
