Job Summary

As the Graduate Trainee (Finance / Operations), you will be responsible for supporting financial and operational activities including financial analysis, data entry, account reconciliation, and reporting.

You will also assist in day-to-day operational tasks while developing hands-on experience in the fintech industry.

Responsibilities

Assist with financial analysis, reconciliations, and preparation of reports

Support operational processes and ensure timely data entry and documentation.

Collaborate with team members to drive efficiency across finance and operations

Participate in training and contribute to continuous process improvements.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in a science discipline or related field

0 - 2 years' post-NYSC work experience

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and Excel skills.

Salary

N140,000 - N160,000 monthly
