Your Responsibilities…
Collaborate with the Creative Director to define seasonal themes and translate them into actionable briefs.Conceptualize, plan, and develop collections aligned with brand direction and global fashion trends.Lead and mentor the design team, ensuring continuous growth and excellent output.Oversee creation of sketches, tech packs, fabric selections, and trims.Supervise fittings, sampling, and approvals to ensure technical and aesthetic quality.Work closely with production, merchandising, and quality teams to ensure feasibility and cost efficiency.Troubleshoot design or technical challenges throughout development and production.Conduct trend forecasting, competitor research, and consumer insights to shape design direction.Implement quality control and feedback loops to enhance product performance.Promote a culture of creativity, innovation, and structured collaboration.What Success Looks Like…
