The Human Resources Team Lead / Supervisor will oversee day-to-day HR activities including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, payroll coordination, and staff welfare.The role requires a proactive professional capable of guiding HR officers, supporting organizational objectives, and maintaining accurate HR records.Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily HR operations and activities.Implement and enforce HR policies, procedures, and company regulations.Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes.Support onboarding, confirmation, promotion, and exit processes.Handle employee relations issues, grievances, and disciplinary processes in line with policy.Coordinate performance management and appraisal processes.Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory regulations, and internal controls.Support payroll processing by validating employee data and changes.Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR reports.Provide HR advisory support to line managers and employees.Assist in training, learning, and development initiatives.Educational Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related discipline.A professional HR certification (e.g., CIPM, SHRM, HRCI) is an added advantage.Experience :
Minimum of 56 years relevant human resources experience.At least 2 years in a supervisory or team lead HR role is preferred.Required Skills and Competencies :
Proficiency in HR systems, payroll tools, and Microsoft Office applications.Strong knowledge of human resources principles, labor laws, and HR best practices.Excellent leadership and people management skills.Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution abilities.High level of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Residing within or close to Arepo is an advantage.
