The Opportunity :
We are seeking a Finance Intern to join our dynamic Finance team and gain hands-on experience in financial operations within a fast-paced Quick-Service Restaurant environment. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and analytical individual eager to learn the fundamentals of accounting, financial reporting, and cost control while contributing to the daily operations that keep our business running smoothly.
What You’ll Do :
- Record daily bookkeeping entries (expenses, invoices, receipts).
- Vendor management
- Assist in preparing daily and weekly financial reports.
- Track and validate POS sales and payment settlements.
- Reconcile daily sales reports from outlets and digital platforms.
- Collect and organize financial data for analysis and insights.
- Support the preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly revenue assurance reports.
- Participate in petty cash management (recording and reconciliations).
You Are
A recent graduate with a degree in Accounting or Finance.Detail-oriented with strong analytical and numerical skills.Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with basic accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage).Eager to learn and able to work under minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.A team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.Passionate about the food and hospitality industry.Benefits
