Position Overview
We're seeking a talented Content Writer - LinkedIn, Personal Brand to craft compelling content and manage the online presence of senior executives, founders, and C-suite leaders. This role goes beyond simple content creation—you'll become the voice of influential business leaders, translating their expertise, insights, and vision into engaging LinkedIn posts, articles, and newsletters that build authority, drive engagement, and create meaningful business impact.

What You'll Do
Content Creation & Strategy (60%)
LinkedIn Content Development
- Write 4-8 LinkedIn posts per week per executive client in their authentic voice
- Craft thought leadership articles (1,000-2,000 words) that establish industry authority
- Develop engaging hooks and storytelling narratives that stop the scroll
- Create content across formats : text posts, carousels, polls, document posts, and video scripts
- Transform complex business concepts into accessible, engaging content
- Adapt writing style to match each executive's personality, tone, and industry
Newsletter Management
Write, edit, and publish weekly or bi-weekly LinkedIn newslettersDevelop newsletter themes and editorial calendars aligned with business goalsCraft compelling subject lines and preview text for maximum open ratesAnalyze newsletter performance and iterate based on engagement metricsBuild subscriber growth strategies through cross-promotion and value-driven contentLong-Form Content

Required Qualifications
Experience & Background
