Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Ketu for an Admin / Accounts Officer. Responsibilities include preparing and maintaining accurate financial statements, managing financial records, assisting with budgeting, and providing financial analysis. The Admin / Accounts Officer will also handle customer service inquiries, follow-up on our debt collection with our clients, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and contribute to general administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and other Microsoft Office packages
Proficiency in preparing and maintaining financial statements and general finance management skills
Strong analytical skills necessary for financial reporting and decision-making
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Proficiency with accounting software is a plus
OND with at least 3 years of experience or a fresh graduate of any discipline
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work efficiently and think on the feet
Reside in Ojota, Ketu or Mile 12
