Qualifications & Experience

Degree in Law and having obtained a 2 : 1 or above

Master of Laws LLM will be an added advantage

At least Five (5) years post qualification experience with a reputable firm.

Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria (ICSAN) will be an added advantage.

Key Skills & Competencies :

Ability to take ownership and work with minimal supervision

Proficient in IT (Google Workspace, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and willing to learn new tools

Strong commercial awareness and logical reasoning

Commitment to the firm's success and alignment with its values and ethos

Excellent interpersonal, team-working, and stakeholder management skills

Articulate, confident, with strong written and verbal communication skills

Highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Innovative, proactive, and able to implement strategies effectively

Attention to detail and accuracy while maintaining productivity

Flexible to work outside normal office hours when required

Self-motivated, reliable, and demonstrates trust, loyalty, and professional integrity.
