Field Recruiter

Job Summary

As a Vendor / Field Recruiter, you will identify and onboard companies to subscribe to our employer portal plans. You will act as the primary link between employers (HR or hiring managers) and SabiRecruit, promoting our services and facilitating the recruitment of qualified candidates for clients. The role involves field outreach, remote follow-up, and maintaining relationships with employer-clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote SabiRecruit’s employer portal and subscription plans to companies and organizations
• Reach out to potential employer-clients (via phone, email, or field visits), explain our services and subscription options
• Onboard companies : assist them through registration / subscription to our platform
• Link subscribing employers to qualified candidates via our system — coordinate candidate allocation or application flow
• Meet weekly and monthly targets for employer sign-ups / subscriptions
• Maintain accurate records of outreach efforts, client registrations, and follow-up interactions
• Provide ongoing support for employer-clients : answer questions, troubleshoot basic issues, ensure satisfaction with service
