Marketing Field Officer

The Role :

You will be responsible for :

• Actively promote and sell Airvend products and services in assigned locations.
• Identify, onboard, and manage merchants, ensuring a seamless activation process.
• Drive sales and achieve weekly and monthly acquisition targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants and customers to foster loyalty.
• Address merchant and customer concerns promptly and professionally.
• Represent Airvend at activations, field events, and local engagements to boost visibility.
• Share feedback and insights from the field to improve sales strategies and customer experience.
• Submit timely reports on field activities, performance, and sales outcomes.
• Provide post-onboarding support to ensure merchant satisfaction and retention.
• Uphold professionalism, compliance, and accountability in all field operations.
