Produce high-quality photos and videos of projects, team activities, and site progress. This includes capturing compelling visuals, editing footage, and creating short-form video content for social media.
Create visually appealing graphics, infographics, and presentations to support content initiatives.
Manage and maintain the company's social media channels (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter), website content, and other digital platforms.
Work closely with the marketing team, project managers, site teams, and other internal stakeholders to gather content and ensure accuracy.
Coordinate with external vendors such as photographers and videographers as needed.
Ensure all content aligns with the company's brand voice, style guidelines, and overall messaging.
Continuously learn about new content creation tools, trends, and best practices in the construction and digital marketing industries.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or a related field.
Proven experience as a Content Creator, preferably within the construction, engineering, or related industry.
Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of content creation skills (writing, photography, videography, graphic design).
Proficiency in photography and videography, including capturing, editing, and basic post-production.
Familiarity with graphic design principles and software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign is a plus).
Experience managing social media platforms and understanding their best practices.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Passion for storytelling and the ability to translate technical information into engaging content.
