Job Description
We're looking for a Marketing Strategist who can define and lead our marketing direction by developing data-informed strategies, managing outsourced content creators, and ensuring that all campaigns and digital / social media activities align with our business objectives. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who understands digital ecosystems, is deeply analytical, and can turn business goals into actionable marketing campaigns that drive real growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and own the marketing strategy across all digital channels (social media, email, web, paid media, etc.).
- Manage content planning and oversee execution via outsourced creators (designers, copywriters, video editors).
- Create campaign briefs with clear goals, messaging, and timelines for content collaborators.
- Oversee social media presence, ensuring consistency across platforms
- Track key metrics (engagement, leads, conversions, CAC, ROI) and create actionable reports.
- Stay ahead of industry and platform trends to ensure ongoing innovation.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, tech, sales, and customer service teams.
- Own and optimize our online presence
- Identify and manage partnerships with creatives, influencers, affiliates, or B2B growth partners.
Requirements
Minimum 2+ years as a Marketing Strategist, Digital Marketing Manager, or similar role.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.Proven experience developing and executing B2B or B2C digital marketing strategies.Strong understanding of social media algorithms, content best practices, and analytics.Familiarity with Zoho Marketing, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads Manager, or similar.Ability to manage freelancers and remote collaborators.Exceptional writing and communication skills.Strong analytical and reporting abilities.Experience with tech, logistics, or startups is a plus.Benefits
