Job descriptionB.Sc . in Engineering, Finance, or related field. 3-5 years of relevant experience in project cost control, planning, or scheduling preferably in Construction, EPCIC, or Oil & Gas. Strong proficiency in MS Project, Microsoft Office Suite (Primavera or SAP is an advantage). Excellent analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

Job Summary :
The Cost Controller will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and monitoring project costs and progress. The role involves developing detailed project schedules, tracking financial performance, ensuring budget adherence, and providing timely reports to support effective project execution.
Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with the Project Manager and Controller to develop and maintain resource-loaded schedules using MS Project.
- Integrate multiple schedules into a master plan and track performance against baselines.
- Prepare and update cost and schedule performance reports (Gantt charts, milestone charts, dashboards).
- Monitor project expenditures, forecasts, and revenues, highlighting variances to management.
- Conduct site visits to verify progress and gather accurate cost and schedule data.
- Prepare monthly cost control reports and provide financial insights to maintain projects within budget.
- Support project meetings with updated financial and schedule data.
