Job description

We’re looking for a Marketing Lead who’s ready to take full ownership of building and scaling the marketing function in a fast-moving tech startup.

This is a builder’s role — ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, can operate both strategically and hands-on, and knows how to create real business impact through storytelling, experimentation, and data-driven growth. You’ll define our marketing strategy, execute campaigns, and evolve our brand as we scale.

What You’ll Do

Marketing Strategy & Execution

Develop and own the company’s overall marketing strategy — from brand positioning to campaign execution.

Build multi-channel acquisition and engagement strategies across digital, content, and community.

Manage and optimize paid and organic campaigns (SEO, SEM, email, social, etc.).

Drive the go-to-market strategy for new products, launches, and features.

Partner with leadership to define and track key growth metrics.

Content & Brand

Shape the company’s brand narrative and ensure consistency across all channels.

Lead creation of compelling content (case studies, blogs, newsletters, social posts, thought leadership pieces).

Collaborate with design, product, and sales to ensure unified messaging and user experience.

Data, Growth & Optimization

Use analytics to track performance, measure ROI, and identify new growth opportunities.

Run experiments to optimize user acquisition, retention, and conversion.

Build dashboards and reporting frameworks for marketing KPIs.

Leadership & Ownership

Act as the marketing founder — setting the foundation for future hires, systems, and processes.

Manage contractors or agencies as needed to execute campaigns.

What You Bring

4–7 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a tech startup or B2B SaaS environment.

Proven ability to develop and execute full-funnel marketing strategies.

Strong experience in digital marketing (social, content, email, paid media, SEO / SEM).

Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills.

Comfort working with analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, Notion, or similar).

A builder’s mentality — eager to experiment, learn fast, and scale what works.
