Maintenance Manager

We are seeking a experience Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance of our fleet (trucks) with at least 1 year experience in a logistic company(Haulage / shipping). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance and repair processes, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to ensuring the safety and functionality of our Fleet. As Maintenance Manager you will use your excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills to engage your team maintain good morale among your team, and keep your clients happy.

Job Responsibilities :

• Coordinate, schedule, and audit vehicle maintenance repairs to include preventative, mechanical and electrical repair of trucks etc
• Ensure quality, compliance, and safety of company’s assets
• Control repair, inventory, and labor costs
• Coach and mentor technicians
• Monitor associate work levels
• Manage facilities, assuring a clean and safe working environment

Job Skills & Qualifications :

Preferred :

• 2+ years of fleet maintenance management experience preferred or at least 1 year of team management of technicians and artisans.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field
• Strong technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and standards related to maintenance operations.
• Proficiency in maintenance management software and tools.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and safety.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Experience working with vendors and contractors.
• Familiarity with budgeting and cost control principles.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
• Certification in maintenance management or related field is a plus.
