Job descriptionManage and supervise cleaners, technicians, and other facility staff. Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and service requests with vendors and artisans Oversee daily operations and maintenance of all shortlet properties. Develop and implement facility management procedures for improved efficiency. Conduct routine inspections to ensure apartments are clean, well-stocked, and in optimal condition before guest check-in. Ensure utilities (light, water, internet, gas) are functioning efficiently across all apartments. Respond promptly to guest complaints, facility issues, and emergency requests. Monitor inventory of household items, toiletries, linens, and appliances, and ensure timely replenishment. Ensure compliance with safety, health, and regulatory standards. Prepare periodic reports on facility condition, maintenance activities, and operational costs. Support property setup for new apartments and oversee furnishing / fit-out processes. HND / BSc in Estate Management, or related field. Minimum of 5 years experience in hospitality, property management, or similar role. Females are highly encouraged to apply Strong supervision, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple apartments and tasks simultaneously. Good knowledge of basic repairs, maintenance processes, and vendor management. Must be detail-oriented, organized, and responsive.Proficiency with reporting tools and basic computer applications is a plus.
