CareerBuddy connects African talent with global opportunities through four core services : Recruitment, Outsourcing / EOR, Media, and Executive Ghostwriting. We're a growing company and need a driven marketer who can help us build a consistent, qualified pipeline across all product lines.
We're looking for a Growth & Demand Marketing Specialist to own lead generation and demand creation across our four products. This isn't a "brand awareness" role; it's a revenue-accountability role that sits within Sales. You'll be measured on one thing above all else : qualified leads that convert to revenue.
Our 2025 data showed that 70% of our recruitment revenue came from repeat clients. That's a strength, but also a risk. We need someone who can systematically generate new business opportunities while nurturing existing relationships into expanded engagements.
You'll work directly with Sales Executives, not in a silo. When they're struggling to fill the pipeline, that's your problem too.
What You'll Own...
Lead Generation (Primary Focus)
- Build and execute inbound campaigns across content, SEO, paid media, email, and social that generate qualified leads for each product line
- Own monthly lead targets by product : Recruitment, Outsourcing / EOR, Media, and Executive Ghostwriting
- Create and manage lead scoring criteria with Sales to ensure marketing-qualified leads actually convert
- Track attribution rigorously—know exactly which channels and campaigns drive revenue, not just clicks
Demand Creation
Develop campaigns targeting specific verticals showing strong signals : Fintech / Financial Services, Marketing & PR Agencies, and Real EstateSupport outbound efforts through targeted account-based campaigns, event activations, and partnership marketingBuild nurture sequences that keep prospects engaged through longer sales cycles (especially for Recruitment and Outsourcing)Sales Enablement
Create sales collateral, case studies, and proof points that help Sales close fasterBrief Sales on campaign launches so they're prepared for inbound inquiriesParticipate in weekly Sales pipeline reviews to understand what's converting and what's stallingReporting & Optimization
Report weekly on lead volume, lead quality, and conversion rates by productRun A / B tests continuously and double down on what worksMaintain clean data in CRM and marketing automation toolsWhat Success Looks Like...
